ARC & BLOOM provides personal and professional development services designed to support clarity, alignment, and growth. These services may include one-on-one or group coaching, consulting engagements, visioning sessions, organizational development, and access to downloadable resources. The nature and scope of each engagement are agreed upon during booking or through a written client agreement. Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, or financial advising. By working with us, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, outcomes, and wellbeing, and that we do not guarantee specific results.
Confidentiality is a foundational element of our coaching relationship. Anything discussed during coaching sessions—whether shared verbally, in writing, or through digital correspondence—is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your express written consent, unless required by law or court order. Payment for services is due as outlined at the time of booking. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to change. We accept payment through secure third-party platforms. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for completed services or downloadable products. You may reschedule an individual session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee, at our discretion.

The Site and services are intended for your personal, non-commercial use.
